What we offer

PERSONALIZED MENTAL HEALTH CARE

Whether you are seeking care for the first time or looking for ongoing support, you are welcome here. We take time to understand your concerns and help you find a path forward that feels right for you.

Mental health evaluations

We listen to your story, review your symptoms and health history, and explore your goals for your care. Together, we work to understand what may be contributing to your concerns and discuss treatment options that fit your needs.

Medication management

We discuss medication options, answer your questions, and decide together what may be a good fit. At follow-up visits, we check in on how you are feeling, review benefits and side effects, and make adjustments when needed.

Therapeutic support & psychoeducation

We offer a supportive space to talk through challenges, understand your symptoms and treatment, and build practical coping skills. Together, we explore tools you can use in daily life.

You are more than a diagnosis.

Your experiences, strengths, and goals matter. We work together to understand what you’re going through and build a care plan that fits your needs.

Magenecka St-Hubert, MSN, PMHNP-BC

Hi, I’m Magenecka.

Board-Certified Mental Health Nurse Practitioner

With years of experience in healthcare, I’ve seen the difference it makes when people feel heard, respected, and involved in their care. That experience shapes my approach: taking time to listen, understanding what matters to you, and building a care plan together.

My approach combines evidence-based treatment with patient-centered, collaborative care, considering current research alongside your needs, preferences, and goals.

I want you to feel comfortable sharing your concerns and asking questions. We will talk openly about your options and make decisions together.

You don’t need to have it all figured out. We can start where you are and take the next step together.

COMMON QUESTIONS

Before your first visit

How do telehealth appointments work?

We meet through HIPAA-compliant video, so you can join from a private space with a reliable internet connection. You must be physically located in Massachusetts during your visit. If you have questions about connecting, please reach out.

What can I expect at my first appointment?

Your first visit is time to share what brings you in, ask questions, and talk about what you hope will change. We will review your history and current medications, then discuss a plan together. Completing your intake forms beforehand helps us make the most of our time.

Does the practice provide emergency or after-hours care?

Our practice provides scheduled care and does not offer emergency services or after-hours coverage. For a mental health crisis, call or text 988. For immediate danger or a medical emergency, call 911 or go to the nearest emergency department.
