We provide psychiatric evaluations and medication management for adults ages 18 and older through telehealth across Massachusetts. Your evaluation is time to share your story, discuss your symptoms, and explore how they affect daily life. We review your health and mental health history, current medications, and goals. Together, we discuss what may be contributing to your concerns and treatment options that fit your needs.
Medication decisions start with a conversation. We discuss your symptoms, health history, current medications, previous treatment experiences, and goals to determine whether medication may be appropriate for you. We explain potential benefits, risks, and side effects, with time for your questions and preferences.
Follow-up visits give us time to review how you’re feeling, monitor your response and any side effects, and adjust your treatment plan when appropriate. Your care may also include therapeutic support, education, and lifestyle recommendations. With your permission, we can coordinate with your therapist or other healthcare professionals.
We offer a supportive space to talk through challenges, understand your symptoms and treatment, and build practical coping skills. Together, we explore tools you can use in daily life.

We meet through HIPAA-compliant video, so you can join from a private space with a reliable internet connection. You must be physically located in Massachusetts during your visit. If you have questions about connecting, please reach out.
Your first visit is time to share what brings you in, ask questions, and talk about what you hope will change. We will review your history and current medications, then discuss a plan together. Completing your intake forms beforehand helps us make the most of our time.
