Hi, I’m Magenecka.
I’m a board-certified Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner caring for adults ages 18 and older throughout Massachusetts via telehealth. I support people experiencing anxiety, depression, ADHD, mood disorders, trauma-related concerns, and other mental health challenges.
I believe your care should reflect who you are, not just your diagnosis. Whether this is your first time seeking support or you’re looking for the right fit, I want you to feel welcome, respected, and heard—without judgment.
My approach to care
We’ll look at the whole picture: what you’re experiencing, what may be contributing to it, and what matters most to you. Your goals, needs, and values help guide a personalized plan that may include medication management, supportive therapeutic strategies, lifestyle recommendations, and education to help you understand and manage your mental health. We may also explore practical changes to sleep, daily routines, physical activity, and stress management that fit your life.
You are an important part of your care team. I’ll welcome your questions and honest feedback so we can adjust your care together.
What you can expect from me
At your first appointment, we’ll talk about what brought you here, your history, and what you hope will change. I’ll take time to understand your concerns and complete a thorough psychiatric evaluation.
Then we’ll explore treatment options together. I’ll explain my recommendations, including potential benefits and risks, so you can make informed decisions about your care.
You don’t need to have it all figured out. We can start where you are and take the next step together.
When you feel ready, you’re welcome to book an initial psychiatric evaluation. If you’d like to connect first, you can request a free 15-minute phone consultation.
